Coaching Menu

After logging into the platform, you can access all of your coaching features from the Coaching menu.

This is where you can view all of the athletes currently assigned to you. The features available to you are

  • Set training zones (pace)
  • Invite new athletes
  • Remove or archive athletes

Training Groups

You can create one or more training groups (up to your plan’s limit). Training groups can be specific to a training period (e.g. 2024 Chicago Marathon Training Group) or something more general (e.g. Coach Kay Run Club). Each training group has:

  • Activity feed of completed workouts
  • Leaderboard for current and previous weeks
  • Chat area for group members only

Training Plans

You can build and share training plans either from scratch or starting from one of our training plan templates.

  • Active Plans – These are the training plans you’ve built and are currently using.
  • Plan Templates – Use StrideOn’s library of templates to jumpstart building a new plan.
  • Archived Plans – These are plans you’re not currently managing. Archived plans won’t show up in any listings and can’t be assigned to athletes.

Video Links

This is your personal library of training or demo videos that you can attach to your athlete’s workouts. Currently, only YouTube video links should be added.
